We have four inside / outside cats (Chartreux breed) and they will be enjoying the shared backyard during your stay. You are welcome to play with them if you wish. Due to potential issues with other animals in a shared environment, we will not be hosting any guests with their own animals, including any and all service animals or emotional support animals. This policy is in compliance with AirBNB policy on assistance animals found here : https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1869/assistance-animals
Any guests who are found to have brought an animal onto the property will have their reservations canceled and be asked to leave the premises immediately. To avoid any issues related to above, please contact AirBNB support for assistance in finding an appropriate alternate accommodation.

There is no smoking, vaping or anything similar in or around the property. Walls are shared with other apartments, excessive noise disturbs other guests and will not be tolerated. Everyone expects a quiet stay so please respect that.

If you are a smoker or plan to have a party, please look for a different listing. All our properties are non-smoking and our guests expect a clean and smoke-free environment.

*** Smoking inside the unit : $100 deep cleaning fee
*** Smoking outside the unit, littering, cigarette butts : $50 clean up fee
*** If you don't check out by 11:30AM, there is a $50 charge to cover wait time for our cleaning crew. If you are not checked out by 1PM we will charge you for another night as our cleaning crew won't have enough time to prepare the listing for the next guest checking in at 3PM.

***There is a $20 per guest per night charge after the first two guests***. Please specify the correct number of guests at booking time as that affects the final price.

***We will not accept any reservation extensions past 10PM on the day before your check-out. If you plan to stay longer please extend your reservation before that time. There will be no exceptions.***

We understand the travel plans change frequently and are happy to accommodate everyone. Should you need to change number of guests after the initial booking, please submit a reservation alteration through your AirBNB app.
Our maintenance crew reviews CCTV footage on a regular basis and confirms the number of guests on the reservation matches the number of guests staying at the apartments. If needed we will make number of guests adjustment through AirBNB after the reservation starts, and this will result in additional charges.
