There is no smoking, vaping or anything similar in or around the property. If you are a smoker or plan to have a party, please look for a different listing. All our properties are non-smoking and our guests expect a clean and smoke-free environment. *** Please follow the rules above to avoid any additional charges : *** Smoking inside the unit : $100 deep cleaning fee *** Smoking outside the unit, littering, cigarette butts : $50 clean up fee *** If you don't check out by 11:30AM, there is a $50 charge to cover wait time for our cleaning crew. If you are not checked out by 1PM we will charge you for another night as our cleaning crew won't have enough time to prepare the listing for the next guest checking in at 3PM. We understand the travel plans change frequently and are happy to accommodate everyone. Should you need to change any details after the initial booking, please submit a reservation alteration through your AirBNB app.
